Preface of this book states that Kelly Tarlton was one of the world's

world's great men. His diving exploits are quite incredible, having
recovered a fortune in jewellery from the SS Tasmania and the Elingamite.
He estabvlished a shipwreck museum at Waitangi (New Zealand), and
during his final days, worked himself into an early grave by establishing
the superb walk through Underwater World in Auckland. A fascinating
